In July 2010 Bawn Developments Ltd entered Stony Park housing scheme in a nationwide energy efficiency awards competition promoted by Isover Ireland in the New Build Residential Catagory.

The 2011 ISOVER Energy Efficiency Awards honour outstanding and creative projects which demonstrate an integrated approach to set the standard in energy efficiency design, whether in new construction or renovation projects which were open to all building professionals - from architects and engineers to investors and contractors
