This contract was secured by public tender.  The project was designed as a retirement home for the sisters of St. John of God in Wexford town.  A single storey building comprising 3,163 sq.m on 6 acres containing 30 ensuite bedrooms and 6 one bedroom self-contained apartments, an oratory, staff rooms, canteen and plant room.
